Our Frankfurt Regional Office serves as a dynamic hub linking European companies with opportunities in Asia.   Marketing Assistant (on-site position at our Frankfurt office)   As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting Hong Kong’s presence in the European market. This is a varied position where your contributions will be impactful and visible with an abundance of opportunity to engage with international partners and industry leaders.   Key Responsibilities * Proactively identify solutions and generate innovative ideas, leveraging local market knowledge to enhance project outcomes and achieve strategic objectives. * Support the planning and implementation of integrated communication and trade promotion initiatives, including participation in trade events across Europe and the opportunity for business travel to Hong Kong, subject to project needs. * Engage and recruit European companies by coordinating and executing email marketing, telemarketing, social media campaigns, media partnerships, and newsletters. * Manage the organisation’s LinkedIn presence, including generating engaging content, planning and publishing posts, fostering community engagement, ensuring consistent branding, and monitoring performance metrics (e.g., impressions and engagement) to support data-driven decision-making. * Contribute to project management, including budgeting, reporting, and ensuring the smooth execution of initiatives. Create physical and digital marketing collateral for internal and external stakeholders. * Handle procurement-related tasks, such as obtaining quotations, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records.   Job Requirements * A recognised university degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. * Strong sense of customer service and marketing, with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and deliver value-driven solutions. * Initial professional experience (e.g., internships or entry-level roles) in communication, marketing, event coordination and customer services is an advantage.  * Excellent communication and presentation skills with:  * Professional written and spoken proficiency in German and English  * Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.  * Strong digital literacy, including MS Office, online meeting and webinar tools, CANVA and AI. * A hands-on, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for operational marketing work.  * A structured, solution-oriented, proactive and independent mindset and working style.  * A team player who enjoys working in an international environment and occasional business trips.   Remuneration and Benefits This role provides unique advantages that make it an exceptional career opportunity: * International Exposure: Work closely with global partners and gain insight into Asian and European markets.
