The Role We’re looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Graham & Brown Marketing team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment where no two days are the same. From product launches to market research, brand pitches to sales materials, you’ll help bring our brand to life across a wide range of touchpoints. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support the team in delivering product plans and executing marketing campaigns with precision and flair. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring everything from stock availability to sample books is handled with care and efficiency. Whether you’re updating internal brand rooms, creating impactful brand pitches, or preparing for a trade show, your role as a Marketing Assistant will be vital in ensuring our marketing efforts hit the mark and exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Supporting the team with general marketing administration Supporting the Direct Sales area of the business by ensuring new launches have all relevant digital sales assets and data prior to launch Undertaking Market research and Gap Analysis Manage sampling, product origination, and approvals using systems like AX, Pimberly and Netsuite Clear understanding and knowledge of brand guidelines, seeking approval for artwork, POS, and product assets Maintain up-to-date product information across brand room and showrooms Help manage stock readiness for launches Coordinate marketing support for showrooms, trade shows, events and exhibitions Create impactful brand pitches and presentations Asset support and creation Occasional travel might be required to support trade shows and brand events What We’re Looking For Interest in marketing and interiors is a must Ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent Creative flair with confidence in creating marketing content Excellent communication, numeracy, and literacy skills Meticulous attention to detail and great organisational skills Self-starter with a positive, proactive attitude Strong team player who can build effective internal and external relationships Competency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Confident presenting ideas and materials to a high standard Photography skills and experience are desired but not essential A full, clean driving license for occasional travel What’s In It For You?
