Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Campaign Support: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, events, email). Content & social media: Draft posts, manage accounts, schedule content, and coordinate with designers for visuals. Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, collect marketing data, compile reports on campaign effectiveness, and analyze trends. Administrative Tasks: Manage databases (CRM), coordinate schedules, liaise with vendors (printers), and handle general project support. Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to understand target audiences and market trends Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience). 3-5 years of experience in marketing or as a marketing assistant. Campaign Support: Assisting with planning, executing, and monitoring multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital ads, email, events). Content & Digital: Managing social media, optimizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO), creating blog posts, newsletters, and visual materials. Research & Analytics: Conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback (surveys, metrics), and reporting on campaign performance. Administrative & Coordination: Performing daily office tasks, managing databases, liaising with sales/external agencies, and supporting team members. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing improvements.
