Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in website development, improvement using wordpress.
- CRM and AI building.
- Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Engage within the local community organising collaborations with local business’s.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
- Coordinate and assist with the execution of events and promotions
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Organise events
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and execute social media campaigns, Mailchimp etc
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and engagement
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of public relations principles
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus
Experience:
- Previous experience in a marketing role or related field is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus
