Your key responsibilities will include:   Providing administrative and project support to the marketing team, including managing product samples, printed marketing materials and assisting with website updates Managing requests from the Sales team including requests for samples, images and marketing materials Liaising with the in-house graphic designers and partnering with creative agencies to support creation and production of the marketing materials such as brochures, banners and flyers Coordinating marketing campaigns and events, including promotional, corporate and educational Supporting the team with education event management for off-line and on-line events, ensuring the events run smoothly Supporting marketing team on education projects, including stakeholder and resource management  Managing smaller-scale projects to support the marketing team Effectively managing marketing resources  Supporting on ad hoc marketing requests, as required    About You: Qualifications & Experience: Tertiary qualifications or final year student in marketing or other relevant area is preferred 1-2 years of administrative experience Experience/working knowledge in marketing is advantageous Key Skills: Confident and strong written and verbal communication skills  Ability to manage stakeholder expectations Organised with a high attention to detail Proactive and able to prioritise requests Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently as required Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and quickly learn new tools and technologies.
