Burgess Hill | Office Based | Full-Time
Location: Burgess Hill
Hours: 9am – 5pm with 1-hour paid lunch
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,500– £28,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our busy marketing function at HSEnergy Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some previous marketing experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and purpose-driven sector.
You will work closely with the Group Marketing Director and wider team to support a variety of B2B and B2C marketing activities. As a company experiencing strong growth, we are looking for someone who is keen to learn, able to follow instruction well, and shows initiative and precision in their work.
This is a hands-on role with the potential for rapid progression as we expand our brand presence across residential, commercial, and educational markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in delivering marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and print.
  • Help with content creation including blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, and updating website content.
  • Support the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and case studies.
  • Upload content and make edits on the website (WordPress experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Coordinate scheduling and posting of content across social media platforms.
  • Maintain and update CRM records and help track leads and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure assets and information are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Provide general support to the Group Marketing Director across marketing projects and events.
