Position Overview: As part of the Marketing team, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing marketing activities. You will support projects by ensuring smooth operational delivery, accurate administrative follow-up, and compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements. Your mission: organize, facilitate, and coordinate so that ideas turn into impactful actions efficiently. Responsibilities Marketing coordination & operational support Contribute to the execution of marketing projects (campaigns, events, tools, training) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Assist in structuring, updating, and distributing marketing content and materials. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure timelines and commitments are met. Manage administrative aspects of projects, including quotes, purchase orders, budget tracking, and invoicing. Processes & Compliance Manage internal approval workflows for marketing materials, ensuring timely validation by Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams. Ensure adherence to internal procedures and compliance with healthcare industry regulations. Event management & communication Support the logistical organization of events (congresses, symposiums, internal meetings, Insulet events) in coordination with project teams. Handle administrative requirements for events, including collecting information for mandatory reporting to professional bodies and compliance authorities. Contribute to the preparation and distribution of communication materials, ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance. What you bring to the team Degree or diploma in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (minimum Bac+2 or equivalent). Experience in marketing coordination or project support, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Reliability in tracking actions and providing clear visibility to the team. Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong motivation to contribute to collective success. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, comfortable interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently while respecting processes in a regulated environment. Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with international and global teams. Work environment & rhythm Occasional travel required for meetings, events, conferences....
