Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital content creation, social media management, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, wellness, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • For this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms
  • Film, edit, and produce promotional videos and photo content
  • Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels including social media, WhatsApp, Google, and email
  • Prepare and edit marketing materials such as correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
  • Generate and analyze marketing performance reports
  • Drive publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms
  • Manage and grow our online presence through consistent and strategic branding efforts
  • Monitor customer reviews and assist in reputation management to align with our communication objectives
  • Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of the company’s website
  • Stay up to date with marketing trends and provide insights to inform future strategies
  • Minimum commitment of 72 hours a month

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with video and photo editing software is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. WordPress, Wix)
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and organized
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
