About the role
This part-time 3 days, on-site Marketing Assistant role is based in Brunswick 3056. The role supports day-to-day marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, marketing materials, social media platforms, maintaining product information and customer communications.
Key responsibilities
- Updating product and customer data
- Assisting with market research and competitor analysis
- Creating design briefs & reviewing deliverables
- Supporting sales and customer service teams
- Creating newsletters and marketing communications
- Scheduling and assisting with social media content
- Creating & capturing content
- Assisting with merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Tracking campaign performance and results
- Providing general marketing administration support
- Contributing ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement
About you
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable conducting basic market research and competitor analysis
- Confident providing customer service and building relationships
- Able to assist with sales promotions and lead follow-up
- Highly organised with good time-management skills and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Confident using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
- Team-focused, proactive and willing to learn
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
- Able to work on-site in Brunswick, VIC
