About the role

This part-time 3 days, on-site Marketing Assistant role is based in Brunswick 3056. The role supports day-to-day marketing activities, including promotional campaigns, marketing materials, social media platforms, maintaining product information and customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Updating product and customer data
• Assisting with market research and competitor analysis
• Creating design briefs & reviewing deliverables
• Supporting sales and customer service teams
• Creating newsletters and marketing communications
• Scheduling and assisting with social media content
• Creating & capturing content
• Assisting with merchandising and promotional campaigns
• Tracking campaign performance and results
• Providing general marketing administration support
• Contributing ideas to improve brand awareness and customer engagement

About you

• A strong written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable conducting basic market research and competitor analysis
• Confident providing customer service and building relationships
• Able to assist with sales promotions and lead follow-up
• Highly organised with good time-management skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office
• Confident using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Team-focused, proactive and willing to learn
• Must be authorised to work in Australia
• Able to work on-site in Brunswick, VIC
