What You'll Be Doing

• Work with our Brand Manager and Commercial teams to coordinate and deliver high end events, partnership activations and immersive brand experiences.
• Support the planning and execution of campaigns across Australia and international markets.
• Support LARK brand immersions experiences and ambassador activity.
• Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring key initiatives, campaigns, activations and key business milestones are planned and executed seamlessly.
• Coordinate timelines, approvals, suppliers and stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing and administrative activities across the marketing function.
• Manage LARK's awards program from submission through to sample coordination and delivery.
• Ensure our brands are consistently represented at the highest standard across industry and consumer opportunities.
• Coordinate ambassador schedules and activity, helping maximise advocacy, visibility and brand engagement.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, storage and distribution of marketing assets, merchandise and branded materials.
• Ensure teams and partners have the tools they need to bring the brand to life.
• Work closely with Production, Hospitality, Sales and Commercial teams to support events, activations and inventory requirements.
