With guidance, review, monitor and update corporate websites, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
Promote positive media coverage and respond swiftly and accurately to day-to-day media enquiries on behalf of Grimsby Auditorium and by required deadlines. With guidance write and issue media releases.
Attend media photo calls on request and when required gather photographic content for company use, ensuring full compliance with data security and safeguarding policy/procedure.
Monitor communications and marketing activity ensuring compliance to relevant policies and procedures and GDPR requirements. Record/monitor media take-up rates and general reaction to proactive and reactive news stories.
Assist in organising and delivering press days/launch.
Support outreach activity across the company through attendance at relevant local events.
