Salary: £26,665
Hours: Full-time 40 hours p/w, Monday to Friday.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A graduate or experienced marketer with ambition and a genuine desire to develop your marketing career.
  • Passionate about digital media and its transformative impact on business growth.
  • Creative with excellent written and verbal communication skills that engage and inspire.
  • Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects with energy and urgency.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence for travel to retail centres and supplier meetings.
  • A relevant university degree or marketing qualification is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Campaign Development: Support the creation and delivery of innovative marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, website experiences, copywriting, and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Digital Content Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimise website content, write engaging web copy, source compelling images, and enhance search engine performance.
  • Event & Sponsorship Support: Assist with the coordination and execution of events and sponsorship campaigns that elevate our brand presence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Contribute to monthly reporting and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers and the wider marketing team to execute our strategic marketing vision and drive business growth.
  • Administrative Excellence: Handle general administrative duties to ensure smooth marketing operations and support team efficiency.
