We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Assistant with 2+ years relevant experience, to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of marketing operations by managing data input and cleaning, handling invoices, coordinating diary management, taking minutes of meetings, supporting events, and providing general team assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career in marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Management Administration:

  • Accurately input, clean, and maintain marketing data across relevant systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across marketing databases.
  • Generate reports and insights from marketing data as required.

Finance Invoicing:

  • Process and track marketing invoices, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with finance teams where necessary.

Diary Meeting Management:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Take and distribute accurate minutes of meetings, tracking actions and follow-ups.

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics and supplier coordination.
  • Support with event materials, registrations, and post-event evaluations.
  • Provide on-the-day assistance for events as needed.

General Team Support:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team.
  • Assist with couriers, document preparation, and ad hoc projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
