Meech International has an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team based in Witney, Oxfordshire. What we do.
We have four separate divisions: Static Control, Web Cleaning, Compressed Air Technology and Surface Cleaning Systems. Each division is interconnected through applications in various sectors.
We work in a large number of diverse industries all over the world, including pharmaceutical, food & beverage and the emerging EV Battery market, where we are at the forefront of development in specialist contamination removal and static control.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Based at Meech’s UK head office in Witney, Oxfordshire, with direct links to the Meech USA office in Akron Ohio.
• Some Marketing qualifications (degree or CIM) would be an advantage.
• Experience of working in a marketing department would be desirable.
• Good written English
• Experience of using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, illustrator) and any other design package.
• Good presenting skills – Webinars etc
• Potential for travel to Meech USA office when required.
• Organised, confident, self-disciplined, thorough and logical.

Reporting to the Marketing Director with a dotted line to the Meech USA Vice President, the key activities and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for design, planning and implementation of all Meech USA E-shot and communications to our global database. This will include product and application E-shots as well as sales visit communications by the USA sales team.
• Responsible for planning and administration of Meech USA exhibition activity. This will include booking stand space and completing all forms relating to the exhibitions.
• Work with the Meech global Marketing Agency (external) to promote Meech USA and their sales activity.
• Working with members of the global Marketing team and Meech USA commercial team to develop marketing initiatives around the core Meech Industries, applications and products.
• Working with the Meech USA Commercial Team to develop PR opportunities and case studies.
• Feed back to the Meech USA team the activities of the global marketing team and promote ideas and opportunities from the Meech USA commercial team to the Meech global marketing team.
• Develop and coordinate the Meech CRM system, specifically in relation to activity in the USA.
• Where and when needed assist with the development of the Meech website. This includes working with other members of the team to ensure monitoring and reporting is carried out.
• Working with other members of the global marketing team to design and film videos and animations that promote Meech. This could also include arranging and promoting Webinars.
• Design marketing materials, including Meech brochures, strategy documents, presentations, application guides and product manuals.
• Work with other member of the Marketing and Product Management team on product launches, including any launch packs, videos, data sheets (also responsible for the product launches being communicated to the Meech USA team).
• Support Product Management Team with competitor research and analysis.
• Any other duties or responsibilities that may reasonably be required from time to time.
