Job Description About the job: The Marketing Assistant will be based in the GSS office in Mumbai and support the Marketing team based in the Head Office in London. They will work on various tasks and projects, as assigned by the Marketing team. This role will be responsible for duties including image editing (to pre-determined size and resolution), email translations, working with agencies and internal broker divisions, reviewing customer responses (including categorizing them and allocating required actions to different areas of the business), website content upload as well as other tasks as required. This is a hands-on role requiring a high level of organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Key Responsibilities: Work on business-as-usual tasks as well as any unplanned, ad-hoc or seasonal projects that may come up from time-to-time Edit raw images to required dimensions as per email specifications Own the end-to-end email translation process for Europe Use our email reply tool (Drift) to produce report and allocate the appropriate actions to the relevant teams Assist in ensuring content is up to date across our global network of 40+ websites Upload website content using a Content Management System Carry out ad-hoc technical website updates such as fixing broken links, replacing images, etc. Qualifications Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university Required Skills: Proficiency in office software (MS Office and Google Workspace) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with image-editing software e.g. Photoshop Experience in working with Content Management Systems Experience working on Trello (desired but not essential) Work Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience of working on CRM and digital systems with reputed organizations Additional Information Benefits: Air Charter Service offers you the opportunity to succeed in a dynamic yet friendly environment in which every day brings a new, exciting challenge.
