We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant in Timunbridge Wells to join our team as a music charity . This role is integral to supporting our marketing efforts and enhancing our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of various marketing channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage projects, and analyse performance metrics.

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring interactions to enhance audience engagement.

• Utilise canva for creating visually appealing graphics for marketing materials.
• Experience
• Previous experience in a marketing role or relevant internship is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with Google Analytics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and techniques is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with strong copywriting abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with effective time management and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
