Responsibilities

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing support for webinars, email and content marketing, and light website updates (on Wix). This is a part-time, remote role with flexible hours (approx. 2–6 hours/week to start).Key Responsibilities:

  • Content creation
  • Work with AI to create written and visual content for social media posts and blogs following agreed-upon content pillars and content sources
  • Repurpose content from existing webinars, handouts, etc into social media and blog content (e.g., short posts, graphics, email snippets)
  • Web updates
  • Update website content on Wix (e.g., adding event info, blog posts, page tweaks)
  • Suggest changes using new keywords
  • Create landing pages for events and/or resources
  • Communications
  • Draft and format email newsletters on Aweber
  • Review and tweak automatic email sequences
  • Send reminder and follow-up emails for live webinars
  • Documenting process
  • Create standard operating procedures for each process completed
