Marketing Assistant Online Wine Store
Role
This is a new role that will support the expansion of BHW sales, marketing, and customer service. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager. You are a problem-solver and will play a role as an assistant. You will need to wear a variety of hats.
Here are some (but certainly not all) of the responsibilities for this position:
Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing & Communication of our brand message. Grow the number of consumers hearing and listening to us is our primary goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies
  • Social media group management & growth
  • Customer Service & Troubleshooting as needed
  • Gathering/researching Public Relation contacts/growing detailed contact lists
  • Content creation/planning
  • Digital marketing
  • G Suite experience
  • Assist the manager with any day to day administrative support as required
  • Manage calendars/meetings

Lead Generation

  • Market research
  • Email marketing
  • You’ll make recommendations for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Researching solutions for either cost-savings or efficiency improvement
  • Helping the company be more efficient and improve ROI

  • We currently use the following DM assets and you will need to be familiar with them all: Google Ads, FB Ads, Press Releases, Shopify Apps store, Octane.ai, GMB, YT, Linkedin, IG, Twitter
