Description

Benefits: £27,500 pro rata + additional benefits (company healthcare scheme with Vitality Health + flexible remote working + company cycle to work and electric car scheme + additional employer pension contributions 5%). Responsibilities

You’ll work in a small team supporting the development and implementation of a variety of transport related projects. These will include the SmartGO workplace travel package scheme and its sister product, LocalGO, for communities.

The role will include a wide range of duties such as:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Support website management and updates to ensure accurate and relevant content.
  • Help develop and coordinate marketing emails and campaigns, monitoring effectiveness through analytics.
  • Assist with the production of marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and digital assets.
  • Contribute to the development of digital and video content.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to support client and partner engagement.
  • Assist in generating project case studies and reports.
  • Help manage incoming company enquiries.
  • Support small-scale promotional events such as exhibitions and press launches.
  • Use IT tools effectively, including Microsoft Office, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Canva, Wondershare Filmora and Google Analytics.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties required.

Personal specification - Essential

  • Buy-in to the social enterprise values of GO Travel Solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in content creation, including social media and website updates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and within a small team.
  • A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to offer creative approaches to marketing initiatives.

Personal specification - Desirable **

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
  • Experience in video and graphic content creation (e.g., Canva, Wondershare Filmora).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics for reporting and insights.
  • Home location to be no more than 1 hour travel time to the Leicester office.
