Description Role: Assists and supports the Marketing Department operations. Your Schedule This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization Major Duties and Responsibilities Promotional product management: Select, order, maintain inventory. Work with key vendors Blaze attire management: Select, order, maintain inventory. Work with key vendors Blaze brand store management: Approve orders, oversee offsite inventory, assist staff with orders as needed. Assist with organizing and planning community events, Annual Meeting, all-staff meeting and staff celebrations Mascot management: –Schedule, maintenance Manage corporate tickets, vouchers, and related software/vendors Storeroom and office supply management Proofread marketing materials and communications Budget tracking Coordination of branch marketing materials – quarterly Plan and implement Youth Advisory Council events Care packages + donation packages Other Duties Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control Exhibit Blaze’s Core Value’s: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota’s Best, and Give Back Regular and predictable attendance Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operations Requirements Experience/Education/Certifications/Licenses Minimum high School degree or equivalent 2–3 years of relevant experience required; marketing experience preferred Demonstrated Knowledge Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Communication Skills Ability to proactively respond to members/staff to problem solve based on guidelines; written communications are based on templates but can be modified.
