ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a sharp and reliable Marketing Assistant to join Klingit’s marketing team part-time while studying. This role is designed for a student who is in the middle of a marketing-related program with at least one year left before graduation.
You will support our internal marketing team with a range of practical tasks across content publishing, social media, reporting, and general coordination. This role is focused on supporting the marketing team with day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. If things go well and there’s a good fit, there’s room to take on more responsibility over time.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build real marketing experience at a fast-growing, innovative scale-up, challenging the traditional agency model.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Publish content in WordPress and other CMS tools
  • Schedule and post content on social media (primarily organic)
  • Help manage messages and comments on social platforms
  • Support with content formatting, reporting, and admin tasks
  • Assist with internal documentation, project coordination, and ad hoc marketing work

ROLE DETAILS

This is a primarily on-site role based in Stockholm. We’re looking for someone who can work at least 2 days a week (40%). The weekly schedule is flexible within business hours upon agreement.
