JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts with a primary focus on social media content creation and website design/maintenance on a per-diem basis. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, visually creative, and up-to-date with current trends in social media and web design. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the brand’s online presence, engaging with our audience, and ensuring our digital platforms reflect our brand identity for Pathway to Home Care and our clients who are home care agencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital content role (internships count).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with website platforms like WordPress, GoDaddy, Wix, or Squarespace.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, HTML/CSS, and Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana)
  • Email marketing experience (Mailchimp)
