WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED?
· Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
· Creative, with an eye for design.
· Enthusiastic and willing to take on feedback and learn new skills.
· Experience of designing graphics for social media, websites, or other marketing materials.
· Able to write to a brief, in the company tone of voice.
· Experience of creating content for social media posts, ideally for a B2B company.
· Able to work effectively to tight deadlines and work independently.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Marketing Assistant to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for content creation for social media as well as for our website, trade media, and other marketing materials. You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to use your initiative to coordinate projects independently.
Responsibilities:
· Copywriting – Creating content to support our marketing strategy - eg blog posts, e-shots, press releases, and trade media articles.
· Social Media – Drafting text, sourcing images, and designing visual elements for social media.
· Branding – Designing templates to ensure that documents adhere to our brand guidelines.
· Events – Assisting with supplier liaison and event planning tasks, such as researching, designing, and ordering branded promotional items for events.
· Email Marketing – Establishing Marketing filters in the CRM system and assisting with the design and execution of email campaigns.
· Any other reasonable duties related to the role which may be required.
