Aston Gate Real Estate, an international brokerage with offices in Dubai Marina, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing team. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented professional who can combine graphic design skills with marketing execution to generate leads and elevate our brand presence in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience (preferably in real estate, property, or related industries).
• Strong skills in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics).
• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Video editing skills are a plus.

• Create and edit marketing materials, social media posts, and property brochures (graphic design experience required).
• Assist in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital campaigns to drive qualified leads.
• Support in lead generation strategies including WhatsApp, email, and landing page campaigns.
• Optimize listings across property portals and ensure branding consistency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design pitch decks, client presentations, and event materials.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
