Job Overview:
The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketing professional with a strong understanding of adult communities and proven experience in 18+ marketplaces with experience developing impactful campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content that educates, engages, and inspires our audience—ultimately strengthening brand loyalty and driving sales. Collaboration is key, and we’re seeking someone who can work closely with our in-house design team to bring innovative and cohesive marketing concepts to life, from new product launches to themed promotional campaigns. This is a full-time role based in our office, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement for high-performing candidates upon successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content that can be used in marketing or advertising campaigns. This may include blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and podcasts, among other types of content.
  • Content Strategy: Plan and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads, and customer retention.
  • SEO: Improve our online content considering SEO and Google Analytics. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity, voice, and audience, maintaining a consistent brand message across all channels.
  • Customer Engagement: Use content to build and maintain customer engagement, responding to comments, and receiving feedback.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments to communications strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, obtained in North America.
  • 3-5 years of experience in content creation and marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
  • Knowledge working in 18+ marketplaces.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO principles, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or adult care industry is advantageous.
