We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join Redkite full-time. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right at the heart of our marketing activity – helping to deliver exciting campaigns, promote our brand to the outside world, and showcase what makes Redkite stand out

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• We’re looking for a self-motivated and driven individual who’s excited to play a key role in supporting our ambitious growth through a wide range of marketing initiatives.
• Ideally, you’ll be degree qualified – a Marketing degree would be perfect, though a Law degree combined with some marketing experience could also be a great fit. Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• You’ll bring fresh ideas and creative flair, matched with strong communication and organisational skills. The ability to write engaging marketing content is highly desirable, along with experience in creating content for social media. Some design skills would also be a real advantage.
• Collaboration is at the heart of this role – we want a true team player who is flexible, supportive, and committed to achieving shared goals. You’ll also have opportunities to travel and represent Redkite at events, conferences, and other business activities.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Works with colleagues across the firm to create and share engaging articles for our website and social media channels.
• Regularly produces fresh, eye-catching content for Redkite’s digital platforms to showcase our people, expertise, and achievements.
• Supports teams with award entries and legal directory submissions, helping to highlight our strengths in the market.
• Plays an active role in planning, promoting, and taking part in Redkite conferences and events.
• Assists in developing impactful marketing materials and business development initiatives, working closely with both legal departments and the Marketing Supervisor.
• Tracks and reviews the success of marketing campaigns, suggesting creative ways to improve performance and reach.
• Contributes ideas and support to cross-firm projects, ensuring marketing plays a central role in Redkite’s growth.
