JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support the marketing efforts of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events including digital marketing. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in retail or marketing (experience in a hypermarket or FMCG in sector is a plus in UAE).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of graphic design and digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional

activities tailored to the hypermarket audience.

  • Support in coordinating in-store displays, signage, and seasonal décor aligned with

marketing strategies.

  • Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to provide

actionable insights.

  • Maintain and update content for digital marketing platforms, including social media,

email newsletters, and the company website.

  • Assist in organizing special events, product launches, and loyalty programs to drive

footfall and sales.

  • Track and analyse marketing campaign performance; prepare regular reports for

management.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, media agencies, and other partners for promotional

materials and campaign execution.

  • Ensure brand consistency in all marketing and visual merchandising efforts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to promotions and marketing events when

necessary.

  • Support administrative tasks such as budgeting, invoicing, and documentation of

marketing activities.
