As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of marketing activities across our hospitality venues.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is highly organised, digitally savvy, and confident managing social media platforms across both English and Chinese audiences. Intermediate to Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and RED (Xiaohongshu)
• Create engaging content (copy and visuals) aligned with brand campaigns
• Support ad hoc marketing tasks, including promotions, events, and activations
• Coordinate with internal teams, store managers, and external partners
• Assist with reporting on campaign and social media performance
• Maintain marketing assets, menus, and promotional materials
• Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and reviews (EN/CN)

About You

• Must be Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English (written and verbal)
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or social media management (Must)
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and RED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a must
• Understanding of basic SEO & Website maintenance is a plus
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Interest or experience in hospitality is highly desirable
• Portfolio or examples of past work preferred, but not essential
