As a Marketing Assistant at Servier ME, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, supporting in creation of marketing materials, and providing general administrative support to the marketing team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• University bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in marketing or related roles is preferred but not required.
• Highly reliable and dependable in completion of tasks assigned.
• High level of creativity with an innovative approach to business.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Organizational skills and focus on personal accountability.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist with the promotional elements.
• Collaborate within the marketing team, internal teams/departments, clients and partners.
• Adhering to the Company’s policies and directives of Compliance as a part of all employees’ responsibilities.
• Support Product Manager(s) to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and aid in accurate reporting and supporting Marketing Campaigns.
• Update and follow marketing policies, procedures, and marketing SOPs.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of the departments’ activities.
