We’re looking for a motivated Marketing graduate to join our dynamic team. As part of our marketing department, you’ll collaborate closely with the broader team to create, enhance, and expand our company’s presence and visibility.

WHAT THE ROLE INCLUDES?
As Marketing Assistant, you will work with the wider team to turn the Marketing Strategy into an actionable plan and ensure it is delivered on time and budget.
Creativity will be at the heart of everything you do, you must be self-sufficient with the ability to bring new and exciting ideas to the table.
You will support and work with external teams on the execution of the plan, inclusive of a broad range of tasks from web design, organic social media and email marketing to in-branch collateral, events and video creation/editing.
Finally, you will work creatively with the wider team to ensure the business is always adapting and staying relevant within the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate and assist sales with the creation of marketing for both online and offline collateral, including brochures, social media, posters, advertisements, and sales presentations.
· Assist in planning, producing, and delivering POS and in-store materials
· Assist with UI/UX platform development and design.
· Supporting the creation and development of campaigns in line with the business strategy, effectively and efficiently. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
· Create and edit quality video and photo assets for social media & other online collateral that are in line with guidelines.
· Protecting the brand and ensuring brand pillars are clear throughout all marketing property across all platforms.
· Ensure all content is correctly updated for our website & brand partner websites.
· Collaborate with external teams and leads, providing and receiving feedback to improve skills and capabilities.
