EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Hybrid Working: 4 x days per week in the Melksham Marketing office - 1 x day WFH (Friday)
• Previous experience within a marketing role.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar.
• Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience with AX or similar is desirable.
• Good attention to detail as there is a lot of data input.
• Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
• Flexible approach. Be prepared to help the team with picking and packing of swatches and promotional material.
• Time management, project management and organisational skills to handle conflicting priorities.

• Raise POs for all brands in AX.
• Assist the Head of Marketing with all New Product Files including pricing, dimensions and technical details.
• Order all Swatching/Sample Fabric from our suppliers.
• Create all Master Samples.
• Create all Swatch Label Templates.
• Proof all Swatching & Sample Labels from our suppliers.
• Send all Promotional Point of Sale.
• Complete all £5 seat incentive spreadsheets.
• Create all Digital Promotional Assets using Illustrator.
• Send all In Store Point of Sale to Retailers.
• Complete Monthly Journal Adjustments for all AX Warehouses.
• Manage the Internal SBI Newsletter including Content meetings and creation using Illustrator.
• Create AI Photography and retouching using Photoshop.
• Assist the Creative Design Lead with any Point of Sale and Artwork requirements using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and Lightroom.
• Answer the Marketing Phoneline and assist with all calls.
• Assist on any Trade Shows & Lifestyle Shoots.
• Assist with sending all Samples.
• Uphold the brand tone of voice and brand guidelines in all communications.
• Assist with other Marketing/Retail/wider business support tasks as required.
