Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, the Marketing Assistant works with others in a fast paced, family-type atmosphere to provide professional, inviting service to customers and accurately photograph and advertise SUNRIPE through email and on social media

• Ensure a friendly, positive, and supportive work environment
• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service
• Answer telephone calls and receive orders
• Assist in creating executing marketing and social media campaigns
• Ensure marketing deadlines are reached
• Create and maintain SUNRIPE social media accounts
• Assist in creating and maintaining store signage
• Assist in creating and editing photos and videos
• Follow and ensure government regulations, company policies and procedures
• Attend occasional staff meetings
