SWE Homes is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Marketing Department. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, document formatting, and report preparation Assist with website updates, including uploading property listings, photos, and content Help manage and organize property listings in accordance with internal systems and MLS guidelines Proofread marketing materials such as property listings, flyers, brochures, and website content Assist with the creation and organization of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.) Conduct basic research to support marketing projects and campaigns Support the coordination of marketing initiatives, events, and internal projects Maintain organized records of marketing files, images, and documents Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Highschool diploma or GED Perusing a marketing related degree preferred 1 –2 years marketing experience preferred Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable working with data entry and document management Qualifications
