Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you creative, organised, and social media savvy? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing/Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with the potential to transition into a longer-term role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the marketing team with campaign planning and execution, including social media and promotions.
  • Assist with content creation, scheduling, and management of social media posts.
  • Coordinate with restaurant locations to ensure promotional materials and communications are distributed effectively.
  • Help with customer inquiries and engagement via email and social media channels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organised records.
  • Assist with event coordination and preparation, as needed.
  • Designing social media graphics, posters & digital content (Canva or Adobe)
  • Reaching out to influencers & local creators for brand partnerships
  • Provide support for other ad-hoc projects and tasks during the busy season.
