Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

The Marketing Assistant is a support role within the marketing team, helping drive ideas into action across the portfolio. This hands-on, fast-paced role is perfect for a young, dynamic self-starter who thrives on bringing campaigns to life. They will be instrumental in executing timelines, managing influencer content, coordinating magazine ad placements, and stepping in to assist the Marketing Manager wherever needed.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Campaign & Programme Coordination:
    Assist with planning and execution of brand initiatives.
    Liaise with creative teams to ensure on-time delivery of assets like graphics, videos, and influencer content.

Help coordinate paid ads and social media content by working with relevant platform partners.

  • Influencer & Brand Collaborations

Support on the success of influencer relationships across all brands: contracts, communications, content planning, and delivery.

  • Magazine Advertising Support

Coordinate magazine ad placements.

Ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.

  • Content Creation & Studio Support

Support the development of digital content (newsletters, blogs, social media, WhatsApp groups

Help manage studio shoots, video production, and prop coordination.

  • Customer Interaction & Social Media Management

Monitor and respond to customer engagement across social platforms, ensuring consistent tone and care

  • Team & Event Support

Provide general administrative assistance to the Marketing Manager and broader team.
Help coordinate internal business event, year-end celebrations, and other team-building initiatives
