REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industry
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Digital Marketing: Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content management systems

Responsibilities
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness using analytics tools and prepare comprehensive performance reports
  • Collaborate on public relations activities such as drafting press materials, coordinating promotional events, and creating communication content for internal and external audiences
  • Provide support for web design projects and create graphic design elements as required
  • Oversee company social media accounts, respond to customer feedback, maintain brand presence, and engage with online communities
  • Conduct competitive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, benchmark competitor strategies, and uncover new market opportunities
  • Create and implement direct mail and digital marketing programs, including content development and target audience segmentation
  • Assess company products and services to determine promotional strategies and brand positioning opportunities
  • Facilitate media relations, coordinate interviews, and support public communication efforts for brand promotion
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation across multiple campaigns and initiatives
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials including company reports, promotional newsletters, brochures, and advertising collateral
  • Provide recommendations to management regarding advertising initiatives and campaign development
  • Coordinate and execute trade show participation, conference presentations, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and lead generation
