ABOUT THE ROLE

Join Imperial College London as a Marketing Assistant (Undergraduate)! Be at the forefront of attracting the brightest STEM undergraduate students to a university ranked second globally by QS. You will support the delivery of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract the brightest undergraduate students. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Officer (Undergraduate), you will help create compelling content, manage campaigns, and ensure Imperial’s brand stands out among top global institutions. WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • Support the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate leads, engagement, and applications for Imperial’s undergraduate courses.
  • Assist in creating and editing high-quality content for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and advertising copy.
  • Help maintain accurate and inspiring profiles on third-party affiliate websites, ensuring content aligns with Imperial’s brand and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, including media agencies, to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Assist with the coordination of photo and video shoots, interviews with students and staff, and the production of marketing materials.
  • Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance and report on key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain data integrity within the CRM system (MS Dynamics).
  • Support market research activities, including competitor analysis and feedback collection from prospective students.
