Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in both strategic and day-to-day tasks. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be involved in marketing execution while also managing key administrative functions to ensure the team operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing and administration, with a strong focus on organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and proficient in Microsoft Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor social media accounts, engage with audiences, and respond to messages.
  • Respond to marketing requests in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide essential administrative support.
  • Assist with monthly marketing analysis and reporting tasks.
  • Liaise internally and with external stakeholders, following up where required.
  • Manage approval process and oversee project execution.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends to drive innovation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate schedules, maintain files, and handle internal communications.
  • Assist in planning and organising showroom events, PR activities, and influencer collaborations.
  • Support the marketing team with anything else required.
