We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to work with the Marketing Manager to help reach the company’s marketing goals and objectives by:

• Managing social media pages by creating and uploading content, responding to comments and messages, and interacting with other professional accounts
• Creating content and promotional materials, including brochures, blogs, whitepapers and marketing copy
• Organising networking events for the fee earners, and attending events where relevant to represent the company
• Managing and updating the website and GMB accounts with new content and updates
• Provide fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of mailers, coupons, website content, and other promotional materials
• Entering marketing data into spreadsheets and helping to create reports for the Marketing Manager
• Helping to plan, co-ordinate and run promotional events hosted by the company’s marketing department
• Submitting ideas for marketing campaigns designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Writing and editing press releases and blog and article content
• Recording episodes for our podcast (an audio version of any blogs)
• Create promotional and informational video productions and photos
• Providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager
• Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on the marketing strategy
