OVERVIEW:

Western Cars Toyota is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting the dealership’s brand, vehicles, services, and events. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, automotive trends, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, basic graphic design (e.g., Canva), and MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads Manager is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Photography/video editing experience is a bonus.
    The successful candidate will be required to work from our office on the Sligo Road, Enniskillen. Being able to attend Regional Marketing meetings within Northern Ireland is also a necessity.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, radio, etc.)
  • Assisting in Producing and Delivering a plan set out by Toyota UK on a quarterly basis
  • Assisting with SEO & Paid Search Ads including Google
  • Maintain and update dealership website content, vehicle listings, and promotional banners.
  • Monitor online reviews and social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and comments as needed.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain customer contact databases (CRM).
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Coordinate local events and sponsorships, including logistics, promotion, and on-site support.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to support cross-departmental promotions.
  • Maintain marketing inventory including brochures, promotional items, and signage.
