POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Assistant plays a critical role in executing day-to-day marketing activities, from social media management and content creation to CRM upkeep. This position offers significant creative freedom, the chance to pitch and test ideas, and the opportunity to directly influence the company’s marketing impact.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, healthcare, or consulting industries
Proficiency with Canva (Adobe Creative Cloud a plus), Constant Contact, and Salesforce
Strong copywriting and graphic design skills with attention to brand consistency
Ability to track and interpret marketing analytics for optimization
Excellent organization, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Creativity and a proactive approach to testing new ideas and strategies

Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Develop monthly content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
Create eye-catching graphics (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud) and write engaging captions in the brand voice
Schedule posts, monitor trends, and track competitor content to keep strategies fresh
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally
Track follower growth, engagement rates, and content reach; share insights with the Marketing Director
