The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for driving marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required / Advanced English level (Required).
- Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, project management, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Process-driven, Detail-oriented with a passion for maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking deliverables, coordinating timelines, and ensuring all teams are aligned.
- Campaign Support: Assist in writing creative briefs for outside vendors.
- Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and agencies to coordinate activities, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Ensure that all Purchase Orders, contracts and services are delivered according to expectations.
- Budget Management: Track and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that expenses are properly matched against strategic goals. Monitor spending and provide regular updates to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future efforts. Present results to marketing leadership.
