• Role: Full-time Team Member (Front of House / Tea Service)
• What you’ll do: greet guests, take orders, prepare and serve Chinese tea, basic tea ceremony demo, light cleaning & restocking, record feedback.
• Requirements: warm, service-minded, fluent in English; passion for tea culture; hospitality/café experience is a plus.
• Eligibility: must already have the right to work in the UK (e.g., British citizen, ILR, or another visa with full-time work permission).
• Training: full training provided (tea service basics, customer service, health & safety).
• We are also recruiting part‑time staff and volunteers year‑round: passion for Chinese culture, fluent English, helpful; hours negotiable.
• Hours: Full-time (rotating shifts).
• Location: 55 Walmgate, York YO1 9TY
• Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
