QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in commission-based sales (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Bilingual candidates will be preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Must own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid Ontario driver’s license

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Unity Recruitments Inc. is seeking motivated and self-driven Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based role with significant profit-sharing opportunities — ideal for high-performing sales professionals ready to take control of their income.
You will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, acquiring new clients for our recruitment services, and maintaining relationships. This role requires at least 50% travel within an assigned region in Ontario, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, autonomy, and building connections face-to-face.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and outreach
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new client accounts for consulting services
  • Maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction with vendors and clients
  • Document all visits, communications, and follow-ups using provided tools
  • Travel extensively within your allocated territory (50% travel required)
  • Represent Unity Recruitments professionally at all times
