The Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist with content creation, and help manage our digital presence. You’ll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, working closely with cross-functional teams to tell our story and engage our audience.
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, eager to learn, and excited by the possibilities of AI and new technology. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow their marketing skills in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in writing, editing, and publishing content for web, email, and social channels
• Help coordinate webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives
• Support campaign reporting and data entry in HubSpot and other tools
• Maintain and update our website and social media pages
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging tech
• Provide general support to the marketing team on day-to-day tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of marketing experience or relevant education
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Comfortable working with tools like Canva, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Workspace
• An interest in AI, automation, and how technology is changing the way we work
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Curious-minded, proactive, and eager to keep learning

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress or another CMS tool
• Familiarity with the staffing or HR tech industry
• A knack for design or social media trends
