Position Summary:
Argo Real Estate is seeking a full-time Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our property management and brokerage divisions. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate, communications, and branding.
The Marketing Associate will play a key role in implementing digital and print campaigns, managing marketing leads and clients lists, preparing promotional materials, coordinating events, and supporting brand consistency across platforms. This position requires strong writing and organizational skills, familiarity with design and marketing tools such as Canva and email platforms, and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
From supporting the production of pitch materials and social media content to coordinating with other departments on property marketing, this is a dynamic, growth-focused opportunity for someone eager to contribute to a mission-driven marketing team while gaining exposure to NYC’s real estate landscape.
Responsibilities:
· Provide general support to the marketing department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
· Maintain and update the brand guide; ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
· Manage and contribute to social media strategy and execution across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Write and design listing and promotional postcards using Canva.
· Draft and edit email marketing campaigns for new listings, events, and announcements.
· Update pitch materials including pitchbooks and show sheets.
· Conduct research on market trends, clients, lost sales, and prospects; Prepare detailed reports to support business development initiatives.
· Maintain and organize client and lead lists for email and direct mail campaigns.
· Support event planning, scheduling, and execution, including but not limited to:
- Assistance in developing invitation lists, sending invitation emails, and tracking RSVPs.
- Organize registration, prepare name tags and branded materials.
- Prepare pre-event materials.
- Edit podcast audio using iMovie and upload episodes to platform.

EDUCATION & SKILLS:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Proficiency in Canva.
· Experience utilizing social media tools such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Enthusiastic and adaptable, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at various levels within the firm.
