We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and creative marketing professional to join our EMEA Marketing Brand Growth team. This role involves overseeing the brand growth strategy for all RL brands (Polo, Collection, Purple Label, Lauren & Licensee) and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for key regions and cities.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong communication skills with a business mindset and a creative entrepreneurial spirit to drive ambitious projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- At least one full strategic cycle of marketing experience in international consumer goods organizations, preferably in premium brands or fashion/luxury retail.
- Expertise in strategic analysis, digital marketing, communications, brand amplification and the 360 marketing process from development to planning to implementation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for budget management and expense tracking.
- Initial experience in people management, demonstrating the ability to inspire teams would be plus.
- A proactive approach to creative thinking with a passion for branding and market trends.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially French) are a bonus.
- An appreciation for cultural differences and international curiosity.
The candidate should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills while being adaptable to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
