Our Canadian operation, Canaccord Genuity Corp., is currently looking for an energetic, organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional multi-tasking and interpersonal skills to join a growing advisory team in our Calgary office.
About Us:
Join our dynamic wealth advisory firm, dedicated to helping clients achieve financial success through personalized strategies. We are seeking a creative and motivated Part-Time Marketing Associate to enhance our brand and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels;
  • Create compelling content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, and short promotional videos;
  • Assist with website updates and SEO optimization to boost online presence;
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to ensure marketing aligns with client needs;
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for improvement;
  • Support client events and community outreach initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 1+ years of marketing experience, ideally in financial services;
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms);
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Canva, or similar) for creating engaging content.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for campaign management and client tracking is a strong asset.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently;
  • Knowledge of wealth management or financial services is a plus;
  • Willingness to complete CSC (Canadian Securities Course) and CPH (Conduct and Practices Handbook) is an asset.
