This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 1 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate – Design who will take ownership of visual branding and positioning efforts. In this role, you will help craft and execute design strategies that align with the brand's identity across various marketing channels—both online and offline. Your design work will be central to building and maintaining a consistent and compelling brand experience. To succeed, you should have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, the ability to transform ideas into effective design assets, and familiarity with fast-paced, agile work environments. Prior experience in a SaaS-based or B2B setting is highly desirable and will open doors to strong growth and leadership opportunities. Responsibilities: Create visually engaging, data-driven designs that support brand awareness and generate qualified traffic. Follow and enhance brand stylesheets while pushing innovation to meet and exceed industry design standards. Design a wide range of marketing collateral including blog graphics, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, infographics, and webinar creatives. Collaborate with internal teams to design high-conversion landing pages and improve user experience across touchpoints. Deliver visual content for websites and blogs that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement. Analyze and improve the visual experience across customer journeys and communication channels. Stay current with design trends and methodologies, providing creative direction and thought leadership where needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Arts, or Technology. 1+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment. Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with design for blogging platforms (e.g., WordPress). Understanding of marketing automation tools, analytics funnels, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns is a plus. Demonstrated creative design skills with the ability to align design with strategic marketing goals. Strong sense of visual aesthetics, brand communication, and storytelling through design. Passion for creative problem-solving and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
