We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new marketing graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing, sales support, and business development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recently completed a Marketing, Business, or Communications diploma/degree.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, and presentation).
• Comfortable with cold calling and prospect outreach.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow with the company.

• Conduct cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to generate new leads.
• Support the sales team by qualifying prospects and booking appointments.
• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, trade shows).
• Manage online content: update website, create social media posts, and prepare marketing materials.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
• Help plan and coordinate trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
• Track and report on campaign performance and lead conversions.
